This was a last minute, drop in request just prior to the second big snowstorm. The service rep fit me in and I didn't have to wait too long for the repair. It was very helpful since we needed to be ready for the big storm!

I was quite satisfied with my service. My vehicle was completed and delivered to me before the estimated time.
On a previous service appointment, the owner of Congressional Motors dropped in to ascertain whether we were accommodated. This personal touch was missing, but the superior quality service obtained.

 

Dustin Carver was very helpful and kept me advised as the tie issues and implications of my service. He was very helpful.

Jay, the representative at the counter was great. He was courteous and friendly, handled business professionally, called me to update and offer recommended maintenance items, and ensured my vehicle was ready when he called me to report completion of the recall maintenance.

 

I was pleased that I was able to schedule an appointment online with such short notice. I was also pleased with how quickly the work was performed.
